We would like to invite our Gelato Chefs friends operating in the Middle East to apply to compete at the 4th stop of the Gelato World Tour, the international championship between Gelato Chefs throughout the world, organized by Sigep-Rimini Fiera and Carpigiani Gelato University.

Gelato World Tour is an international travelling competition that will stop in 8 cities in 5 continents. In each city, the Gelato Artisans will compete in order to showcase one of their hallmark flavors of Artisan Gelato.

The Gelato World Tour has already stopped in Rome (Italy), Valencia (Spain) and Melbourne (Australia), and will continue on to United Arab Emirates, United States, Brazil, China and Germany before the Grand Finale in Rimini, Italy in September 2014.

Dubai is the fourth stage of the Tour and it will become the Gelato Capital of the Middle East on February 13-15th in the very prestigious avenue of the Burj Park on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai, right next to the Dubai Mall and on the shadow of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world.

This is an opportunity to showcase your Artisan Gelato shop and your hallmark flavor, even if the main objective of this event is to spread the culture of Gelato, a fresh, artisan food product, to the general public throughout the world, and in this case, this event it will be possible thanks to the hard work of the Artisan Gelato Chefs in the Middle East.

Additional information is available at Gelato World Tour website.

See you in Dubai to enjoy GELATO!
